Yes, it works seamlessly with all modern Shopify themes (OS 2.0) via the app embed block architecture, ensuring it won't break your site's layout or code.
How long does setup take?
Under 5 minutes. You can install the app, customize your first campaign, and publish it to your live store almost immediately.

Gameplay & Customization

What games are available?
We currently offer 6 game types: Spin Wheel, Scratch Card, Egg Cracker, Claw Machine, Quiz, and Gift Box. We're constantly adding new modules.
Can I customize the games?
Absolutely. Everything from colors, typography, images, to the prizes and win probabilities is fully customizable to match your brand.
Do games work on mobile?
Yes, all our games are built mobile-first and are fully responsive, ensuring a perfect experience across all devices.

Analytics & ROI

How do I track performance?
ShopiFlame comes with a built-in analytics dashboard where you can track total plays, new subscribers, conversions, and generated revenue.
What metrics are tracked?
We track play count, engagement rate, completion rate, prizes won, redemption rate, and the overall conversion uplift of your campaigns.
Can I export analytics data?
Exporting data to CSV is coming soon. Currently, the dashboard provides comprehensive real-time metrics and charts.

Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial on all paid plans, no credit card required to start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel or change your plan at any time from the dashboard. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely via Stripe.
