Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shopiflame, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.

Service Description

Shopiflame is a gamification platform for Shopify merchants. We provide tools to embed games like spin-to-win on storefronts to increase engagement and sales.

Account Registration

Authentication is handled via Clerk. You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Billing & Payments

Our services are offered on a subscription basis, processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for ongoing subscription fees.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, abuse our infrastructure, or attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary software or game mechanics.

Intellectual Property

Shopiflame retains all rights to the platform, code, and default game designs. Merchants retain all rights to their uploaded content, brand assets, and customer data.

Limitation of Liability

Shopiflame is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems after 90 days.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
