Section License

This license covers every Shopiflame section, whether bought one-time or accessed through an all-access membership. Plain terms, no surprises. It is a summary for buyers, not a substitute for the full agreement at checkout.

What you can do

• Use a section commercially in a live Shopify store you own or operate.
• Edit the Liquid, styles, and settings to fit your theme and content.
• Keep using a one-time section forever — purchases do not expire.

Per-store and agency use

• A one-time section ($22) is licensed for use across the stores and client themes you build and maintain. Install it where you need it; you do not buy it again per store.
• All-access grants the same usage rights for every current and future section while your membership is active. Sections you have already downloaded remain usable if you cancel; new sections require an active membership.

What you cannot do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish a section (or a lightly modified copy) as your own product, template, or theme for others to download.
• Include sections in a theme or product that is itself sold or given away to third parties for reuse.

Asset provenance

Each section ships with the files listed in its install guide: the section Liquid, the motion runtime snippet, and — where applicable — its own image kit with documented provenance. Marketing and showcase media are produced separately and are not part of the customer package; only the files in the section bundle are licensed to you.

Updates

Bug fixes and improvements to a section you own are included. We will never silently change a section in your store — updates are downloaded by you, on your schedule, from your account.
