Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of Shopiflame sections. By buying or claiming a section you agree to them. This is a readable summary; the binding terms are presented at checkout.

Who you buy from

Payments are processed by Polar.sh, our merchant of record. Polar handles checkout, billing, international tax and VAT, invoices, and the customer portal where you access your receipts. Your card details are handled by Polar, never by us.

Payment

• All purchases are one-time. There is no subscription or recurring billing — neither single sections nor the Starter Pack renew.
• Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes are calculated and added by Polar based on your location.
• Because nothing is billed on a recurring basis, there is nothing to cancel — sections you have purchased stay available in your account.

Refunds

Sections are downloadable code, so sales are final once a section has been downloaded. Before you buy, the live configurator lets you use the real section against your own content — try it first. If a section is broken or not as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.

Acceptable use

Use sections lawfully and within the section license. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape the catalog, or resell downloads.

Liability

Sections are provided "as is." We work hard on quality — proof runs, performance budgets, accessibility — but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
